Shanghai Stir Fry
The prototype of Shanghai fried noodles is the fried noodles on the street in early Shanghai. After being brought to Hong Kong, it has been spread and taste improved. It uses ingredients such as lean pork and broccoli, and stir-fries with soup and seasonings. Noodles are thick noodles similar to udon noodles, which are steamed and then fried.
