Xiao Long Bao
Pan-fried buns are a famous dish in Shanghai. Shanghainese also call them “Sheng-fried steamed buns” with a history of more than 100 years. In the early days, it was a tea snack in Shanghai teahouses, and later it gradually went out of teahouses.
